The New Energy Battery Division was
established in 2015 and is focused on the research, development, production and
sales of high-performance lithium
batteries and battery systems.. The products cover a wide range of
applications such as electric cars, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, power tools, and energy
storage.

The international R&D team: both
Japanese R&D institute and DMEGC self-owned post-doctoral station are equipped with
lithium battery technology R&D center. There are electrochemical
workstations, buckle power and pilot production line, which can meet the
R&D of various types of Li-ion batteries. In addition, we have scanning
electron microscope, energy spectrometer, GC-MS, X-Ray fluorescence
spectrometer, ICP, laser particle size analyzer, specific surface area tester
and other advanced test equipment and complete Li-ion battery reliability
laboratory.
First-class environmental control and
advanced automated production equipment:
The key processes are designed and managed
in class 10000 clean workshops and has
reached the international advanced level. The automation of production
equipment is high, and the imported full automatic production line is adopted.
Perfect quality management system and
product certification testing:
The division is certified with ISO9001,
ISO14001, OHS18001, ISO/TS16949 and other quality and environmental management
system certification to ensure product quality and stable operation and the
products have passed GB/T 31484-2015, GB/T 31485-2015, GB/T 31486-2016, UL, CB,
CE, UN38.3, ROHS and other product certification tests.
