DMEGC Research Institute as a subsidiary of Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd was set up on Nov.11, 1998.
Sticking to comprehensive development strategy as “To attract first class talent elites and obtain world-leading technology achievement with first class working conditions”, DMEGC Research Institute is moving toward the orientation of developing company through technology innovation and integrating industry, education and research.
So far, DMEGC Research Institute has established talent team, led by academician Du Youwei from Nanjing University, academician Yan Luguang from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Japanese expert Mr. Hengtian. In total, 150 professional research staff are specializing in the R&D of new material, new technology and new process such as hard ferrite, soft ferrite, automation, new energy etc, among which there are 2 foreign experts, 9 poster-doctors and doctors, 27 postgraduates and 71 bachelors.
DMEGC Research Institute has set up various innovation platforms such as: National Post-Doctor s’ Science and Research Working Station, National Trade Base Generated by Technology, First Company Research Institute in Zhejiang Province, First Key Innovation Group of Hard Ferrite and Soft Ferrite in Zhejiang Province, Provincial High and New Technology Center, Magnetic/Light Electronic R&D and Inspection Technology Innovation Group in Zhejiang Province, Provincial Academician and Expert Working Station.
